The ICSE Academy Final Conference, held in Limassol, Cyprus on May 8–9, 2025, marked the culmination of a three-year European collaboration focused on advancing professional development for STEM educators. Organized alongside the 5th Educating the Educators (ETE V) Conference, the event brought together over 120 participants, including teachers, researchers, policymakers, and teacher educators from across Europe.

The conference featured three high-profile keynotes addressing scientific literacy, pedagogical design, and professional development leadership. A central highlight was the final policy round table on STEM teacher mobility, which facilitated dialogue among European stakeholders and generated actionable policy recommendations. Additional sessions included interactive workshops, oral presentations, a dedicated Teachers’ Day, and a poster session, all aligned with the themes of diversity, digital transformation, interdisciplinarity, and sustainability in STEM education.

The conference served as a platform for knowledge exchange, cross-border collaboration, and the dissemination of innovative practices, reinforcing the ICSE Academy’s contribution to shaping inclusive and future-oriented STEM education across Europe.
