GEM Summer School in Athens

Athens Summer School 2021
This 3-day online summer school targeting girls 13-15 years old will take place online from 5-7 July 2021. The event aims at including the participants in STEM labs, where they are exposed to at least 2 STEM fields. For the summer schools the participating girls will be split up into three groups, adapted to the diverse levels and profiles of the participants with one mentor each. Additionally, the girls will learn about women’s contribution to STEM, potential future professional spaces in STEM fields in order to further self reflection in regard to the girls educational path and to increase the participants self-confidence regarding STEM.
