Students aimed to determine community members’ awareness about alternative energy sources and provide them information about alternative energy sources including research and innovation in this field. Within these SCPs, students investigated community members’ ideas about alternative energy sources.
In Van province, the students held an online meeting with a science teacher, assistant principal, parents, and an electrical engineer who was responsible for alternative energy sources used in Van province. Based on that meeting, students structured their questions to discuss with the community members. Students developed a semi-structured interviews based on the interviewees additional question or information were provided.
