STEMkey’s 4th Transnational Project Meeting

During this meeting, the main focus is on finding solutions to assess STEM key competences in classroom settings. Assessment methods are of high importance, as only when teachers are enabled to assess learners’ performances upon completion of any given task/subject lesson/programme can they realistically implement these activities in their classrooms. Key competences pose a particular challenge here, as key competences are a combination fo knowledge, skills and attitudes. Whereas knowledge bits have been assessed for ages, this does not apply to skills and least of all attitudes in STEM education so far.
